This Privacy Policy explains how AgentSkill.ai (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in relation to our desktop application, AgentSkill (the “Application”), and the associated AI agent system (the “AI System”) that powers its automation capabilities.

  • URLs Visited During Tasks: We collect the URLs of the websites the Application navigates to specifically as instructed by you or the AI System to perform a requested task. We do not track your general browsing history outside of these instructed tasks.
  • Interaction Data: Information about actions taken by the Application on your behalf, such as elements clicked, text inputted (based on your instructions or data provided by you), and form submissions initiated by the task.
  • Data Extracted: Content specifically extracted from web pages as per your task request (e.g., text snippets, tables, specific data points).
  • Usage Data: We may collect anonymized or aggregated data about how the Application is used (e.g., frequency of feature use, performance metrics, error logs) to improve the service, diagnose problems, and enhance user experience. This data does not personally identify you.

What We Generally DO NOT Collect:

  • Your general browsing history unrelated to tasks initiated via the Application.
  • Sensitive personal information from websites unless you specifically instruct the Application to extract or interact with it as part of a task.
  • Credentials (Usernames/Passwords) entered into websites, unless explicitly required for a specific task you initiate, and handled with appropriate security measures.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Operate the Service: To receive your instructions, process your requests, navigate websites, analyze content, interact with elements, extract data, and deliver the results of your requested tasks back to you via the AI System.
  • To Improve the AI System and Application: To analyze task performance, understand user needs, train and refine the AI models, fix bugs, and develop new features.
  • To Ensure Security and Prevent Abuse: To monitor for potentially malicious use, protect the integrity of our systems, and enforce our terms.
